i’ve wanted to make this caribbean dish for so long. i’ve seen rihanna’s version, and then i saw anti-chef from youtube make it, and finally i got around to trying it. it’s not macaroni and cheese, it’s more solid, less creamy, and it has ketchup, mustard and peppers in it. the result is a macaroni that is sweeter, has a little bit of pepper flavor, and is super delicious. i highly recommend trying this version of macaroni.
