carrot ginger nutritional yeast dressing
an adapatation of this recipe from carla lalli music
in the video for this dressing recipe, carla suggested trying variations on this recipe. i enjoyed the original, so to make it like a japanese appetizer salad, i subbed chunks of carrots for some of the oil (i just threw the carrots in a measuring cup and filled it up the rest of the way with the requested oil). i also added a nob of ginger. this worked super well. for the salad i chose avocado, edamame, onions, carrots and cucumber. healthy and tasty!
