spicy green fregola with salty yog

i had some fregola that had been in my pantry way too long, and this was the perfect dish to use it all up. it’s different than your typical pesto sauce, the green sauce has spinach, dill and jalapeno. it is really good with a big dollop of salted yogurt. this recipe is easy enough to make on a weeknight.
