this tasty sandwich has a cottage cheese spread blended with herbs, pickled onions, cornichons and lettuce. the whole sandwich is very pickly, acidic and dill flavored. i thought it was good, but i would probably make my own version with less of those elements. i love the blended cottage cheese idea though, because the texture is not my favorite.
